Evaluation of the push-out bond strength of an adjustable fiberglass post system to an endodontically treated oval root canal

RESUMO:
The results showed higher push-out bond strength in the initial time interval for SAP (10.3±5.3, p<0.01). After 6 months, there was reduction in push-out bond strength for both (p<0.001). A higher percentage of adhesive and cohesive failures to dentin. After 6 months areas of maladaptation were noted (p=0.000). The SAP is completed to the promissory root canal in relation to alternative CFP.

CHEMICAL ANALISYS

Physicochemical, cytotoxicity andin vivo biocompatibility of a high plasticity calcium-silicate based material

RESUMO:
MTA HP showed similar in vivo biocompatibility to the WMTA and the control group in all time-points. The MTA HP presented adequate physicochemical and biological properties with improved flow ability when compared to WMTA. Such improved flow ability may be a result of the addition of a plasticizing agent and should be related to an improvement in the handling of MTA HP.

Biological effects of acid-eroded MTA Repair HP and ProRoot MTAon human periodontal ligament stem cells

RESUMO:
These results may suggest that MTA Repair HP and ProRoot exhibited optimal biological properties in terms
of cell viability, cell death and cell attachment in acidic environment, being considered as materials for root-end filling and
perforations.
